Bij Unit-T zijn we op zoek naar een **Manager Business Controlling**.** In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol in het financiële succes van onze organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van effectieve controle
- en rapportagesystemen om de financiële prestaties van het bedrijf te optimaliseren. Je zult nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om inzicht te krijgen in operationele processen, financiële resultaten te analyseren en strategieën voor verbetering te identificeren.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als **Manager Business Controlling** ben jij verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande zaken:

- Leiden van het business controlling team en hen coachen om optimale prestaties te leveren en bij te dragen aan hun groeitraject.
- Verder ontwikkelen en implementeren van financiële controleprocedures en -richtlijnen.
- Analyseren van financiële gegevens om inzicht te krijgen in de prestaties van het bedrijf.
- Opstellen van gedetailleerde financiële rapporten en analyses voor het management.
- Identificeren van kansen voor kostenbesparing en efficiëntieverbetering.
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om financiële doelstellingen te bepalen en te behalen. Je fungeert hier als sparringpartner.
- Risicobeheeractiviteiten uitvoeren en mogelijke bedrijfsrisico's identificeren.

- Je komt terecht in een jong dynamisch bedrijf, waar je uitgedaagd zal worden en waar je persoonlijke ontwikkeling hand in hand gaat met het opleveren van een ijzersterke dienstverlening.
- Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Mechelen, met de mogelijkheid voor telewerk (2-3 dagen/week).
- Je werkt in een 40-uren systeem met glijdende uren. Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.

**Wat neem je mee?**:
Als ideale **Manager** **Business controlling** herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

- Minimaal een afgeronde bacheloropleiding in bedrijfseconomie, finance of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Een masterdiploma is een pluspunt.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Uitgebreide kennis van financiële rapportagestandaarden en -praktijken.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe financiële gegevens te interpreteren.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
- Bekendheid met financiële software en systemen.
- Een eerste ervaring binnen een leidinggevende/coachende rol is aangewezen.
