Je verzamelt, analyseert en structureert diverse data die de prestaties van de (inter)nationale dealers ondersteunt. Denk hierbij aan sales, marktaandeel,
- Je ontwikkelt schema’s en processen om dealers te laten streven naar steeds betere prestaties.
- Je staat in nauw contact met diverse verkooporganisaties binnen Europa en streeft lange termijn relaties na.
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe structuren en processen in alle aspecten van network excellence improvement.
- Je zet structurele rapporten op in BI (Business Intelligence) voor het meten van de dealerprestaties.
- In deze rol werk je nauw samen met het aftersales team, de accountmanagers en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Network Excellence Director van Europa.
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in soortgelijke rol.
- Je bent analytisch en krijgt snel inzicht in he groter geheel.
- Je hebt oog voor verbetermogelijkheden, bent proactief en neemt initiatief om nieuwe projecten op te zetten en te initiëren.
- Je hebt ervaring met Business Intelligence tools
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Engels en Nederlands
