Wat doet onze klant?

Onze klant is een mediatech scale-up gevestigd in Leuven die samenwerkt met toonaangevende krantenuitgevers in Europa en de VS om hun digitale abonnees te laten groeien en kwaliteitsjournalistiek te ondersteunen. Zij bieden cloudgebaseerde oplossingen voor het publiceren van digitale edities, analyses en personalisatie. Hun innovatieve oplossingen versnellen de groei van kranten zoals Le Monde, The Telegraph en DuMont.

Als Talent Acquisition Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor hun wervingsstrategie en -implementatie. Durf het verschil te maken en heb impact vanaf dag één

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders om de wervingsbehoeften van onze klant te bepalen
- Actief op zoek gaan naar kandidaten en een talentenpool opbouwen via verschillende rekruteringsplatformen, job boards en carrièrebeurzen
- Het rekruteringsproces van A tot Z organiseren en opvolgen
- Voortdurend ons rekruteringsproces herzien en nieuwe tools en best practices testen om onze rekruteringsstrategie te verbeteren
- Actief deelnemen aan onboarding trajecten, zodat nieuwe medewerkers zich vanaf dag 1 thuis voelen
- De leiding nemen in het organiseren van wervingsevenementen en employer branding campagnes.

Jouw profiel:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma en een eerste ervaring in een recruitmentfunctie of vergelijkbaar
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans of Duits is een sterk pluspunt
- Affiniteit met cloud-, web
- en mobiele softwaretechnologieën is een pluspunt
- Een passie voor de nieuwsindustrie en journalistiek is een sterke troef.

- Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en straalt enthousiasme uit dat je op anderen kunt overbrengen
- Je hebt uitstekende schriftelijke en verbale communicatievaardigheden, afgestemd op elk doelpubliek
- Je hebt een sterk arbeidsethos en een echte "can do" houding
- Je werkt georganiseerd, kunt goed multiasken en hebt een stevige groeimindset. Je streeft er voortdurend naar om nieuwe dingen te leren en te verbeteren
