**Description de l'emploi**
Le Project Manager représente l’Entreprise sur chantier et est assure la direction du chantier et le suivi de toutes les aspects d’un projet de construction, en tenant compte des délais d’exécution et les conditions contractuelles technique, financière et qualitative.
Notre Project Manager veille principalement à:
- Analyser le cahier de charges d’un point de vue administratif et technique afin de maitriser les enjeux et le budget et d’anticiper les contraintes techniques et contractuelles du projet.
- Déterminer les moyens d’exécution afin de prévoir le staff, les ouvriers, les matériaux et le matériel.
- Préparer et tenir à jour le planning d’exécution du projet afin de respecter les délais prévus contractuellement.
- Mettre en place un plan de sécurité avec les conseiller en prévention et coordinateur de sécurité afin de respecter les objectifs sécurité pendant l’exécution du projet
- Mettre en place un plan qualité pour le projet afin de pouvoir contrôler et respecter les consignes de qualité du projet.
- Consulter le marché afin de passer au mieux les commandes (fournitures et sous-traitances) nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de son contrat.
- Assurer la coordination et gestion quotidienne des activités d’exécution du projet afin de respecter le planning et la qualité technique des travaux.
- Contrôler le budget et faire les états d’avancement afin de ne pas varier du budget prévu.
- Coacher, motiver et manager son équipe afin d’optimiser les rendements de celle-ci.
- Assurer le reporting de l’exécution du chantier comprenant les rendements et les coûts ainsi que les évolutions des prix de vente et marge.
- Obtenir une réception provisoire conforme aux exigences prévues dans le contrat.
Le Project Manager peut être épaulé, en fonction des missions confiées dans l'organigramme de chantier, par une ou plusieurs personnes aux compétences multiples du Bureau Technique.
**Le profil**
- Formation : titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en construction
- Expérience : au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une entreprise de construction et quelques années dans une fonction similaire
- Connaissances linguistiques : Français avec de bonnes notions en Néerlandais
- Aisance relationnelle
- Pro-actif
- Très bonnes capacités de communication (aussi bien orale que par écrite)
- Excellent sens de l’organisation
- Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome et en même temps orienté vers l’équipe
