**Function**:
Within the Customer Care team we are looking for a **Logistics Administrative Employee**. Will you be our administrative pro with a listening ear?
In this function you have a crucial internal link between our well-known customers such as Superdry, JBC, Kith,.. and on the other hand the various internal departmens such as Transport, Warehousing,..
You follow up incoming/outgoing goods together with the follow-up of the files. In addition, you process the administration of orders and Value Added Services. You monitor the preparation of goods for transport. You ensure the follow-up of 'returns', because when customers send something back this must also be processed.
You are also responsible for communication, you speak to our departments and customers via numerous channels. Finally, you follow up on complaints. You go from "another complaint?" to "thanks again for your feedback, we'll look for a lasting solution".

In short, a versatile position with both administrative tasks (80%) and communication (20%). 100% solutions.

**Profile**:
Besides the usual clichés like communicative, stress resistant and administrative jack-of-all-trades, we are looking for a born helper who doesn't shy away from any task but knows how to tackle it. At Bleckmann, you get the chance to learn through a **learning traject** where you learn on-the-job from your colleagues. After a running-in period, you will work independently.

Specifically, you have:

- You have successfully completed an education (commerce, logistics, office,...)
- Experience in logistics is not required but is a plus
- Knowledge of both the Dutch and English language. Knowledge of French is an asset.
- You are familiar with the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word)
