Als Customer Care Officer help jij onze klanten beschermen wat voor hen belangrijk is. Dit door een vlot - en kwalitatief beheer van hun overlijdensverzekeringscontracten. De verschillende producten brengt een scala aan interessante werkzaamheden met zich mee. Diversiteit? We’ve got it- Als eerste aanspreekpersoon voor onze klanten en de medewerkers van bankkantoren, beantwoord je diverse vragen met betrekking tot verzekeringscontracten.-
- Je volgt het beheer van klantendossiers op; dossier vervolledigen, uitbetalingen, aanpassingen, listings behandelen,...- Gestelde vragen ga je grondig analyseren, je gaat op zoek naar de beste oplossing voor je klant. Analyses maken en oplossingsgericht werken zijn je natuur.- Je werkt hiervoor samen als team, maar evengoed samen met de andere departementen van Customer Care, Product, IT,...- Mee denken over de werking van je team, de handelingen die je dagelijks uitvoert, dit met focus op verbeterinitiatieven.- Openheid in het team is belangrijk; zowel kennis delen met elkaar, alsook openheid tot feedback geven en ontvangen.
Wat heb jij te bieden als Customer Care Officer?- Je beschikt tenminste over een Bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur binnen financiën of verzekeringen.- Het is een pluspunt als je deze nodige certificaten hebt: (PCP) in het kader van personen in contact met het publiek. Anders krijg je deze opleiding zeker intern.- Je bent sterk communicatief ingesteld, je stelt de klant voorop. Daarbij durf je voldoende assertief te zijn.- Je echt veel belang aan organisatie en structuur voor je eigen taken.- Nederlands en Frans gebruik je dagelijks in de communicatie met klanten. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.- Computervaardigheid en een vlotte handeling in MS Office zijn een must.- Je neemt graag ownership. Je bent nauwkeurig in je werk, je neemt verantwoordelijkheden op. En je kan vlot informatie verwerken, zowel naar documentatie als naar nieuwe wetgeving.
