**Mission**:

- The mission of the RFP team is to respond to Requests For Proposals for institutional clients and to provide information to distributors who market our range of funds (RFI) on all the asset classes covered by Candriam (equities, bonds, diversified, ESG analysis, etc.), for all the sales desks in EMEA & US.
- This strategic activity provides a 360-degree view of the Asset Management business lines and all the company's departments in order to gather all the information needed to draft accurate and competitive responses.
- We are looking for an RFP Analyst to strengthen our team of 11 people based in Brussels, Paris and London.

**Responsabilities**:

- You will be based in Brussels and will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Responsible for coordinating and completing questionnaires on all asset classes covered by Candriam : RFPs from institutional clients, RFI’s from distributors, DDQs on the company level, regulatory questionnaires and punctual requests from EMEA and other international sales desks,
- Become the SME (Subject matter Expert) on Global Thematics Equity products within the RFP desk : collaborate with the Global Thematic Equity investment team to review standard responses, identify gaps, improve and maintain responses in the RFP database,
- Partner with the Head of RFP and the ESG RFP SME to review specific ESG responses and their consistency with the firm’s ESG messaging and framework,
- Keep up with the industry’s ESG trends and regulation and provide regular updates to the Global RFP team.

**Profile**:

- University graduate
- 3 to 6 years' experience in an RFP role, 2 years with a specific ESG focus preferred, experience with SFDR preferred
- English & Dutch Fluent
- Autonomous and versatile
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and good team spirit
- Good writing skills
- Excellent command of Pack Office
