**Context**
Created in 2005, HR Team is a French Digital Services Company (ESN, formerly SSII) with more than 15 agencies (including one in Belgium and one in Spain). HR Team explains its growth by its unique approach as an IT consulting firm : people first.
The company ensures a digital strategy in line with the ambition of its customers and manages all phases of their digital plans thanks to 5 areas of expertise: software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence & data, cloud and change management.
As part of a permanent contract recruitment, we want to strengthen our teams by integrating an **Integration engineer**.
**Project**
You are working on a project with very high added value in the **Energy** sector.
**Position and missions**
You will join a data product team and work closely with your team by performing the following activities:
- Design and implementation of the physical model of a coherent data model
- Analysis, design, development and testing of a transversal integration layer
- Ensure the alignment between the business/technical architecture and the functional/non-functional needs of the clients
- Bring concrete experience in terms of best practice in the integration layer concepts.
- Actively participate in the planning of the different phases of the integration project, in close relation with other IT teams, external partners and the business.
- Guarantee performance and trust in the solution by participating to the set up and following of a continuous build and testing platform
- Collaborating with the competency leader to contribute in the maturity development of the integration engineers
- Bring technical expertise to the team as well as infrastructure knowledge of tools used by the Integration Hub (queue manager, distributed cache, audit and monitoring)
- Participate in the setup of an efficient and dynamic documentation solution
- Second and third line support for production
- You consider also non-functional requirements and operational support requirements during your development in cooperation with the rest of IT team (e.g. maintainability, user-friendliness, performance, production support, monitoring, alert...).
- You propose alternatives to optimize the existing code in term of maintainability, usability, performance and other aspects.
- You’re a problem solver: Troubleshooting when stakes are high does not give you cold feet.

**Technical Skills (required)**
- Distributed architecture patterns (synchronous & asynchronous)
- Distributed cache patterns
- Unit Testing, automated
- Integration Testing, automated
- Continuous Integration development
- Experience in.Net/Microsoft platform (3+ years)
- Integration framework experience (3+ years)
- Scheduler framework experience (3+ years)
- Audit and Trace framework experience (3+ years)
- Efficient monitoring tools experience (3+ years)
- Web Services (REST, SOAP), XML, Flat Files, GraphQL, Messaging-/Steaming based communication
- Capabilities to help in the administration of the tools used (mixed environment Windows and Unix)
- Supplier and procurement documentation and meetings with external parties will be in English. Knowledge of this language is mandatory
