**PRODUCT MANAGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES**

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **junior product manager** to join our open executive education team.

**The job**
- Take ownership (with the support of a group product manager) of a portfolio of open executive education programmes.
- Follow up on commercial activities (opportunities and leads, programme advice, networking activities,) to reach your sales targets.
- Facilitate 30-40 days of open executive education programmes. Provide programme participants with a warm Vlerick learning experience; professionally welcoming, supporting & advising them during their time on campus and/or online.
- Become a credible sounding board for leads, customers, and faculty by building content expertise in the programmes you are responsible for.
- Use your insights into your portfolio to influence marketing activities set up by our executive education marketing team.
- Build an internal and external network by regularly attending relevant network events and by maintaining a close relationship with your faculty, participants and alumni.

**You**
- Have obtained a master’s degree or equivalent through work experience (preferably in economics, finance, commercial engineering, ).
- Have an affinity with and would like to build your content expertise in the domains of finance, sales, marketing, strategy, and operations management.
- Like networking and sales. You can connect with different stakeholders and are ready to be a credible advisor for (senior) executives.
- Get energized from going the extra mile for customers and are a star at solving problems with a smile.
- Have an excellent written & verbal knowledge English. Dutch is a plus.
- Are tech-savvy and looking forward to coordinate online, hybrid and on campus programmes.
- Are flexible in terms of working hours and location. You are willing to coordinate programmes (including some evenings) on our campus in Ghent, Brussels and Leuven. On non-coordination days you can easily work from home or on our campus closest to you.
