**Finance Analyst - Junior Program**
Door in te stappen in het junior Finance Program krijg je de kans om een opleidingstraject op maat te volgen binnen de Finance afdeling. De doelstelling van het Finance Program is je kennis te laten maken met de verschillende Finance functies en taken en je een beter beeld te verschaffen van de interacties met de verschillende departementen binnen een bedrijf.
Concreet start het Finance Program met een eerste kennismaking met de Accounting afdeling. Hier zal je leren hoe een balans en resultatenrekening tot stand komt, hoe de cijfers vertaald worden in een maandelijkse rapportering, welke fiscale formaliteiten vervuld dienen te worden, en zo meer.
Vervolgens zal je aan de slag gaan in de Controlling afdeling. Je eerste ervaring binnen accounting zal je helpen in het begrijpen en opstellen van forecasts, budgetten, variantieanalyses,... Daarnaast bouw je mee aan de business dashboards die het management voorzien van de nodige informatie om de juiste strategische beslissingen te kunnen nemen.
Na het voltooien van het Finance Program zal je als Finance Analyst - dankzij de opgedane ervaringen - als schakel fungeren tussen de afdelingen Accounting en Controlling. Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de analyse van de maand/kwartaal/jaarcijfers, het opstellen van forecasts alsook het meehelpen met het opstellen van het budget. Daarnaast zal je instaan voor het begeleiden en opvolgen van Finance en cross-departementele projecten (bvb implementatie van een nieuwe ERP, rendabiliteit investeringsdossiers, etc).
Wij bieden u de mogelijkheid om het opleidingstraject in samenspraak met je line manager verder te ontwikkelen en uit te bouwen naargelang je sterktes, ambitie, etc.

- Je hebt een Master diploma in een economische richting (bij voorkeur Handelswetenschappen, TEW, Handelsingenieur, etc).
- Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans.
- Je getuigt van een proactieve, gedreven en resultaatsgerichte ingesteldheid en je denkt probleemoplossend.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
