**Industrialization planning specialist**

New Product Introduction is key to enable the successful launch of new products through collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams. The team develops supply chain strategies for new products and coordinate all supply chain activities and requirements ensuring availability of resources (i.e. molds, trials, etc.) through development and commercial launch. The Team is also in charge to manage production transfer of existing tire specifications from planning to actual execution.

Within the new product introduction department, Industrialization planning (IPL) is planning, coordinating and executing all activities required to have new products industrialized in time as per business requirement. To this end, solid processes, structured communication with key stakeholders and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement is key.

**Job purpose**

**Define and communicate plan, ensure readiness of resources, and follow up execution of plan for successful implementation and completion of product industrialization. Act as NPI and LSCM representative in NPP forums.**
- Following Product Planning and Tire Sourcing Mid Term Plan (MTP) and Original Budget (OB) to meet the business requirements.
- Coordination within Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LSCM) team, and other outside departments, such as Technical Center Europe (TCE), Sales and Marketing, and our production plants, to ensure On-Time, On-Schedule execution.

**Main responsibilities**

**New product industrialization planning for PC4 Trade projects**

Plan and Execute NPI projects to ensure timely introduction
- While escalating criticalities and initiating discussion for countermeasures.
- Based on Agreed Feasible timeline, establish KPI to monitor OTOS product launch
- Give visibility of status of program introduction to key stakeholders.

**Original Equipment NPI**
- Plan and monitor industrialization workload
- Generate mold demand information and timely involve MPO/DPO to assess supply readiness via monthly mold demand planning cycle.

**Operational follow-up for AG and Retread products**
- Act as SPOC with related plants
- Manage operational planning of the plant
- Ensure proper visibility is given in the long term to prepare plant's resources
- Initiate escalation if required

**Brisa industrialization SPOC**
- Make visible BRISA Spec and SOP plan of off-take and transfers projects

**Main KPIs**
- Plan achievement
- Number of Sizes to Complete on-time, on-schedule
- Resources loading: Identify Bottleneck process, potential hurdles

**Monitor trial demand per source to trigger discussion to couple demand and capacity**
