**MISSIE**

De Programmadirecteur is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de PMO (Program Management Office) Supply en, samen met zijn team, voor de transformatie van de waardeketen (End-to-end) in overeenstemming met de strategie bepaald door de algemene directie van Carrefour Belgium.

**KERNVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN van de PMO Supply Director**
- Ontwikkelen van een strategische supply visie om in te spelen op de snel veranderende retail omgeving.
- Definiëren en beheren van strategische cross-functionele programma's die de bedrijfsprestaties en winstgevendheid stimuleren.
- Coördineren van de voortgang van elk van deze programma's (planning, consistentie, risico-identificatie, corrigerende acties, prioritering, sturing).
- Zorgen voor de coördinatie van deze programma's met de andere grote projecten van het bedrijf via comités/pilots.
- De verschillende bij deze programma's betrokken interne en externe projectmanagers ondersteunen (de juiste projectorganisatie bepalen, een coherent plan met mijlpalen opstellen, methodologische ondersteuning bieden, de nodige druk uitoefenen, enz.)
- Ervoor zorgen dat de kosten en baten van het programma in overeenstemming zijn met de business case en het management direct waarschuwen in geval van afwijkingen van de business case, en de nodige corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen;
- Rapporteren aan het senior management (via de stuurgroep en/of de prestatiebeoordeling).
- Veranderingsbeheer, projectbeheer in matrixvorm met teams van deskundigen.
- Monitoring van de prestaties:

- Definitie van KPIS, standaardisatie en productie van dashboards, budgetbewaking,
- Projectbeheer:

- Lid van het beheerscomité van de inkoopafdeling
- Organiseren, beheren en leiden van een team van 5 tot 7 personen.

- Kostenvermindering: door projecten voor optimalisering van de bevoorradingsketen en heronderhandelingen met belangrijke dienstverlene
- Transport: het professionaliseren van onze partnerschappen en diensten in alle Carrefour-winkels.
- E-commerce: oplossingen ontwikkelen om de dienstverlening en de synergie met de winkellogistiek te verhogen.
- Beheer van leveringsgegevens en prognoses (SAP replenishment).

**PROFIEL**

**Opleiding en ervaring**
- Masterdiploma (logistiek, supply chain) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de distributie.
