We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Functie
Onze klant is op zoek naar een hands on consultant gepassioneerd & ervaren in het begeleiden van de transformatie van de divisie Customer, Market & System. Binnen de Transformation, Digital & Data and Implementation afdeling van de Customer, Market & System directie, werkt u mee aan het vorm geven en uitvoeren van de diverse transformatie activiteiten, zoals o.a.:
Het mee helpen coördineren van het jaarlijks strategisch proces voor de CMS divisie, in nauwe samenwerking met Strategy & DTO (Digital Transformation Office) enerzijds, 50Hertz collega’s van de M-divisie en collega’s binnen TDI en CMS team [van ambities, tot capability map en portefeuille van transformatie initiatieven, QBR (quarterly Business review) ]. Dit omvat o.a.
- Opstellen van een recurrent duidelijk jaarlijks plan en inplannen van key activiteiten met alle nodige stakeholders (CMS/M-divisie /Transformation Team )
- Garant staan voor tijdelijke oplevering van de outputs zodat deze kunnen geïntegreerd worden in jaarlijkse update oefening van het Business plan; maar tevens &faciliteren van de voorbereidingen voor de kwartaalrapporteringen [in toekomst QBR].
Mee bijdragen aan de output van het strategisch proces expliciet te maken, vertalen naar een Release Plan met key milestones en de arbitrage (prioriteiten bepalen, resources allocatie, koppeling met de impacten en voordelen van de verandering) van de transformatieprojecten in de directie CMS te organiseren. Dit omvat o.a.
- Opstellen van effectief, beknopt communicatiemateriaal ter verduidelijking van het CMS transformatietraject voor de komende 5 jaar en mee helpen uitwerken van het communicatieplan voor de hele populatie
- Ondersteunen bij het definiëren en opvolgen van de verwachte kwalitatieve & kwantitatieve impacten van de transformatie programma’s, in samenwerking met de programma managers en op regelmatige basis de vooruitgang meten van de transformatie KPIs;
- Ondersteunen bij het omzetten van het releaseplan in een consistente projectportefeuille op 5 jaar en dit gekoppeld met de expliciete transformatie mijlpalen.
- Mee helpen vorm geven aan een change framework en competence development framework in samenwerking met diverse stakeholders (Digital Transformation Office, HR, Learning & Development ) en uitstippelen van een implementatietraject en verankeringstraject.
- Erop waken dat de nieuwe project/programma aanvragen tijdig worden ontvangen, en ingediend voor arbitrage.
- Het in kaart brengen van de externe en interne beïnvloedingsfactoren; inclusief de risico’s gelinkt aan de transformatie & omzetten in een visueel duidelijke dashboard, presenteerbaar voor management doeleinden.
- Instaan voor de adequate vertaling van de initiatieven/projecten in bestaande of te creëren transformatieprogramma’s & prioritisatie van de portefeuille faciliteren en communiceren op periodieke basis aan management.Functie-eisen
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het begeleiden van transformaties.
- De basiskennis van de energiemarkt is een vereiste.
- Je spreekt perfect Engels en Nederlands of Frans, en hebt een basiskennis in de andere taal.
- Je beschikt over een diploma burgerlijk ingenieur, handelsingenieur of master in de economie
- Je hebt een analytische geest.
- Je beschikt over solide ervaring in innovatie en ecosystemen en een goed economisch beoordelingsvermogen.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en kunt zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt een grote veerkracht; gezond relativeringsvermogen en kan goed om met ambiguïteit.
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een snel veranderende context, en kan snel aan de slag met de nieuwe context en/of nieuwe informatie teneinde dit te vertalen in wat dit betekent voor de Transformatie van de divisie.
- Je hebt een transversale blik; en interesse om diepgaande kennis op te bouwen rond de context/ programma’s teneinde deze optimaal te kunnen challengen en adequate beslissingen te kunnen voorbereiden voor senior management.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, je kan complexe topics brengen en stuurt de gesprekken aan zodat de doelstellingen worden behaald
- Je bent een teamspeler, legt gemakkelijk contacten en bent in staat te overtuigen (mondeling en schriftelijk).
