Wij zijn op zoek naar IT-versterking. Zeven enthousiaste collega’s staan alvast te popelen om je op te nemen in hun team. Als IT Infrastructure Expert hou je de IT-diensten en -infrastructuur van Callexcell up and running. Met je kennis en expertise lever je customer delight bij onze externe klanten. Ons IT-team staat garant voor innovatie en werkt met de nieuwste tools en technologieën. Pas jij helemaal in dit plaatje?

Verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling:

- De IT-infrastructuurspecialist biedt technische expertise op het gebied van de installatie, het onderhoud en de bewaking van specifieke IT-systemen om een optimaal en effectief gebruik te garanderen.
- We volgen daarbij de bekende ITIL-processen waarbij service delivery management naar onze klanten cruciaal is.
- Je werkt nauw samen met Operations Managers, Account Managers en andere ondersteunende diensten.
- Jij bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen met vragen over onze IT-infrastructuur. Voor andere IT-aspecten (applicaties, BI,) is er voldoende expertise bij de collega’s.

Profiel

Als IT-infrastructuurspecialist bezit je onderstaande punten:

- Ervaring: je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Communicatie: je slaagt erin om verbeterideeën bevattelijk over te brengen, zowel geschreven als gesproken. Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels. Frans is een plus.
- Teamplayer: je werkt graag in groepsverband en gelooft dat je door goed samen te werken de beste resultaten kan neerzetten.
- Troubleshooter: Je hebt uitstekende troubleshooting skills

Je hebt ervaring met onderstaande zaken:

- Server Infrastructuur (On-Premise en Hybrid)
- Storage Infrastructuur (Dell en HP)
- Routing & Switching, WAN en LAN technologie, Netwerk troubleshooten
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint,....)
- Microsoft SQL of Azure SQL server
- Microsoft Azure kennis is een plus

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Basisonderhoud van de apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers uitvoeren
- Doorgestuurde of uitgezonden gegevens, signalen, metingen en beelden opsporen of verzamelen en deze identificeren
- De teamleden, gezagvoerder, bevoegde instanties,... informeren over de interventies en de evolutie van de situatie
- De werking van de apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers controleren
- Verzamelde informatie controleren en verwerken of doorsturen
- Toezicht houden op de prestatie, de capaciteit en de kwaliteit van het netwerk
De apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers aanpassen
- Elektrische, elektronische en informaticastoringen identificeren
Corrigerende maatregelen nemen
