**Your Role**

**You will**:

- Lead communication projects such as content clusters campaigns, digital customer buying journey, events,...
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies such as campaigns, promotional videos, ads and social media communication
- Support the execution of the internal and external communications activities and manage SharePoint
- Work together with content contributors (engineering/ marketing) and external suppliers to produce and ensure high quality of existing and new content (deliverables) with a high customer focus. Examples include pictures, e-books, presentations, movies, animations, ads, etc.
- Edit and maintain the content of our websites in strong collaboration with other divisional teams
- Work closely with the rest of the team and suppliers to develop/concept and content into creative ways
- Analyze data and produce reports to aid decision-making

**To succeed, you will need**
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to lead projects of different sizes and complexity and see them through completion. This includes keeping on track all parties involved: on their requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- The ability to complete projects in a timely manner, and in an organized, systematic, and transparent way
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or communications
- The ability to function independently in a rapidly evolving environment
- A can-do attitude, hunger to grow and to learn, and will do so proactively by own initiative through guidance of manager and team members
- An entrepreneurial hands-on approach to come with solutions to new projects
- The ability to work on own initiative while also being a real team player
- The maturity to ask for help when needed and report issues when necessary
- An open mind embracing professional diversity: you can easily adapt to new processes, be open to ideas of colleagues of different departments, and help to refine them and come with new efficiency improvements

**Necessary skills for success**
- Enthusiastic, creative and driven results approach
- Project management skills
- Copywriting
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video, etc.)
- Adobe suite (Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) - basic level
- Website management experience (Adobe experience manager) - preferred
- English (high working proficiency)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent by experience
