Notre client est une entreprise leader dans le domaine des services de **transport** et est située en région bruxelloise.

Pour assurer la croissance de leurs équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Technical Product Manager (H/F).**

**Responsabilités**

En tant que Technical Product Manager, vous rapportez au Service Manager et êtes responsable de la gestion des activités liées aux technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) tout au long du **parcours client**.

Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:

- Contribuer, en tant qu’expert, à la feuille de route du Service/Product Manager.
- Soutenir la création d’analyse de **rentabilité** pour votre produit et solutions sous-jacentes.
- S’approprier et diriger le produit technique.
- Suivre en permanence l'évolution de son produit et de son domaine d'activité, afin de maintenir ses connaissances à jour et/ou d'être en mesure de les diffuser à d'autres personnes.
- Établir et maintenir des contacts avec les **clients**, notamment en respectant des accords clairs.
- Suivre les changements du marché **externe** ainsi que les évolutions **internes** afin d'identifier les améliorations à apporter à l'exploitation sur le plan technique et de l'expertise.

**Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'une expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez au moins **trois ans** d'expérience pertinente, une expérience dans l'industrie étant un atout.
- Vous disposez de connaissances de base des processus de gestion des TIC, de **l'architecture** et de **l'infrastructure** des TIC.
- Vous démontrez une solide expérience pratique en matière de développement de **bases de données** et de développement et de mise en œuvre de tests.
- Vous combinez une vision stratégique avec une forte orientation vers les **résultats** et des compétences pratiques.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), efficace et analytique.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) vers le **client** et faites preuve de diplomatie.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du **néerlandais** ou du **français**. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue et parlez/écrivez couramment l'anglais.
