Au sein des opérations, le département de la production est l’entité au sein de Thalès Alenia Space qui fabrique les équipements pour nos clients externes, en collaboration avec l’ingénierie et les bancs de tests. Dans le cadre du remplacement d’une mobilité, nous recherchons un-e:
**Product Support Manager (H/F/X)**:
Sous la responsabilité du Manager de l’Unité de Production Autonome (APU) en charge des produits EPC, le Product Support Manager assure la responsabilité technique des produits qui lui sont confiés et contribue à en garantir la compétitivité en accord avec la stratégie industrielle et la politique produits.

Il/Elle est l’interface du domaine et du centre de compétences pour les aspects techniques et qualité.

**Vos missions et responsabilités**:

- Piloter d’un point de vue technique le niveau de qualité, de fiabilité et de maturité des produits tout au long du cycle de production et en assurer la capitalisation pour les productions futures
- Assurer le rôle de référent technique d’une ligne de production : suivi et analyse des indicateurs (rendement, variabilité du processus), amélioration continue
- Être le correspondant des services méthodes, ingénierie de test, contrôle qualité et achats
- Piloter en première ligne le traitement des anomalies/faits techniques clients et des actions correctives, définir un plan d’action adéquat en lien avec les équipes de développement, piloter les Comités de Remise en Conformité (CRC)
- Préparer avec l’architecte industriel l’introduction de nouveaux produits : implantation, qualification des moyens, des fournisseurs, plan de formation
- Piloter les Capex et le CBBM (Cost Breakdown Budget for Manufacturing)
- Assurer la mission d’adjoint(e) du Responsable d’APU EPC et, le cas échéant, le suppléer
- Piloter un ou plusieurs mini-projets de transformation

**Votre profil**:

- Vous possédez un diplôme de niveau Master/Ingénieur à orientation électromécanique / électronique ou une expérience équivalente
- Vous possédez une solide expérience d’au moins 10 ans en production industrielle lean
- Vous possédez un background technique étendu en Ingénierie de tests, en Industrialisation et en processus de fabrication et méthodes

**Vos hard skills**:

- Gestion/suivi de projets industriels et/ou manufacturing
- Suivi d’indicateurs et de coûts
- Maitrise des outils du Lean Manufacturing: FPY, Pareto, PDCA, 5 Pourquoi, 8D
- Maitrise de la suite office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Français courant, Anglais niveau intermédiaire
