Financial Reporting Manager

**Missions essentielles**:
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to be part of the group consolidation team based in Belgium Antwerp. The position will report to the Group Reporting and Consolidation Manager.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting and analysis of business performance. This across the group for P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Debt Reporting
- Manage the financial reporting in a changing environment and have the necessary business acumen offering pro-active reporting solution
- Partner effectively with stakeholders for reporting and data needs, defining which performance
indicators will be needed to explain/measure business performance and the frequency - design and deliver the report with the right level of analysis.
- Project Management of the reporting tool Onestream, work with external supplier and internal customers both on group as regional level.
- Continue to develop the Onestream reporting tool to accommodate proper actual reporting, budget, forecast, business plans and cash forecasting
- Organize the financial reporting calendar for the group in cooperation with Axéréal
- Coach, train and support a team of controllers
- Ad hoc financial analyses;
- Contribute to Group financial process improvement and maintain controls integrity;
- Provides input and identifies opportunities to improve data integrity and usefulness for effective management

- Improve reporting through leveraging technology
- Responds to moderately complex ad-hoc requests with constructive and high quality solutions.
- Work closely with the Accounting, Risk Management and Treasury team to achieve finance objectives.
- Critical ability to deal with large level of ambiguity and large scale change
**Master recherché****:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in reporting in a multinational environment
- You hold a master degree in Finance
- You have profound knowledge of accounting systems and are used to work with different GAAPs
- You have profound knowledge of MS Office/ Power BI and affinity with SAP/JD Edwards
- You have experience with financial reporting tools such as Onestream or other
- You speak fluent English. French is a plus
- You are accurate and can work under pressure of deadlines
- You are able to work with confidential data
- You have the necessary leadership skills to work in a changing environment and to manage projects
