**Mission**:
The IT Project Leader is responsible for overseeing all operations within the nation. His job is to successfully deploy the tools while making sure they take into account local constraints, to make the systems adopted, and to ensure a good use of all the ICT systems needed to run the business in its daily activity. He works closely with the central teams and attends the local country staff meetings. The IT Project Leader communicates with the central IT team regarding all local ICT needs and requirements.
Our local IT Project Leader's responsibilities include developing and deploying the support for both central tools and, if necessary, local ones.
Local and national teams and staff. The IT Project Leader manages the demands for each of the business lines, in particular our national sales forces, by taking part in the local country staff meeting.
The IT Project Leader needs to be well-connected to the market, demonstrating interest in dealer activity, testing items, and receiving regular feedback from the sales personnel. As a result, the IT Project Leader holds a roving post and works occasionally both on and off-site.

gathering and sharing local needs without limiting local variability, and suggesting improvements for increased effectiveness
To promote company tools and aid local personnel in adopting new processes while driving change
Participate in the overall build plan based on your talents and closeness to the teams of your providers and partners.
To keep track of tool performance (RUN) in communication with the headquarters
To represent the needs of the nation and assist in adjusting strategies as necessary.
To establish trusting connections with dealers and employees.
To uphold the organization's reputation at all times.
To ensure that all local employees receive an acceptable degree of ICT support.
To choose the best options for business expansion while maintaining the anticipated SLA.
To specify and put into practice the chosen approach in connection with the new buying department.
**Your profile**:
Requires a master's degree in information technology or computer science.
5 years or more of expertise in information technology, including network and/or system administration.
Comprehensive understanding of management procedures and digital activities.
English, French, and Dutch fluency is necessary. Being bilingual is advantageous.
Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
Good knowledge of company operations.
Structured and with an open mind.
