Functieomschrijving

Als Accounting Supervisor binnen Eiffage Energie Systèmes Infra ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede beheer en de organisatie van de afdeling om de boekhouding uit te voeren volgens de wettelijke procedures en regels van de groep om op elk moment een correcte boekhouding te kunnen voorleggen.

Hiertoe voert u de volgende taken uit:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het boekhoudkundig en administratief beheer van het bedrijf en de tijdelijke vennootschappen van de groep.
- Je beheert de maand-, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluiting binnen de vereiste termijnen.
- Je beheert, analyseert en controleert dagelijks de boekingen (salarissen, betalingen, bijhouden van algemene kosten, voorzieningen, vaste activa, analytische correcties, enz.).
- Je coördineert de verwerking van verzoeken van klanten en leveranciers.
- Je beheert fiscale controles in samenwerking met de directeur Financiën & Administratie.
- Je bereidt de fiscale aangiften, jaarrekeningen, geconsolideerde rekeningen en financiële rapportering en prognoses voor, valideert en verzendt deze in samenwerking met de Directeur Financiën & Administratie.
- Je coördineert het werk en bepaalt de doelstellingen voor je team.
- Je volgt en lost ge dentificeerde performantieproblemen op.
- Je bereidt documentatie voor interne en externe audits voor, controleert en verstrekt deze.
- Je werkt mee aan de implementatie en optimalisatie van het boekhoudproces (procedures, IT-software,...).

Profiel
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma boekhouding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van basis IT tools (excel, word, access, outlook, etc.).
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans (mondeling & schriftelijk).
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- Je bent nauwgezet, sociaal, communicatief, nauwkeurig en respecteert de geldende procedures.

Deze doorsturen naar de accountant, de beheerscontroller,... of ze analyseren
- De regelmatigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de uitgevoerde operaties controleren
De financiële toestand van de organisatie controleren
- De onregelmatigheden of onjuistheden die werden vastgesteld tijdens onderzoeken of controles identificeren en bekendmaken
- De methodes en procedures voor boekhoudkundige controle bepalen of invoeren
Hun toepassing controleren en aanpassingen voorstellen
- Audits uitvoeren (opzoeken van boekhoudkundige documenten, controle van de toegepaste werkingsregels, ontmoeting met de betrokken medewerkers,...)
- Het jaarlijkse auditplan van een organisatie uitwerken en uitvoeren of de auditopdrachten bepalen en superviseren
- Budgetten voorbereiden
De resultaten per eenheid, product of markt opvolgen
Oorzaken en verschillen identificeren
- De financiële risico's (beheer van activa en passiva, markt, krediet) van een organisatie opvolgen (voorzieningen voor kosten, uitstaande bedragen,...)
