**Wie zijn wij?**

Fortior is een projectontwikkelaar, gespecialiseerd in de bouw én exploitatie van verschillende soorten vastgoed, zoals hotels, tweede verblijven, studentenhuisvesting en publieke parkings. Wij zijn een sterk groeiende onderneming met meer dan 60 medewerkers, die genieten van opleidingen, events en vooral een toffe werksfeer.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**

Als sales & marketing director bij Fortior heb je de lead over de commerciële kant van het bedrijf. Dit omhelst niet enkel het aansturen, coachen en opvolgen van de verkopers en sales coaches, maar ook van de rekrutering en de marketing. Onder jouw leiding wordt het commerciële departement continu verder uitgebouwd, zo ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei van het bedrijf. Je vertaalt de visie en strategie van de onderneming in een concrete commerciële bedrijfsvoering. Je geeft vorm aan alle commerciële processen, toetst die af aan de gezonde principes van de bedrijfscultuur en optimaliseert ze voortdurend. Je volgt deze processen en cijfers dan ook rigoreus op. Je staat tevens in voor kwalitatieve communicatie naar de zaakvoerders.

**Wie is onze ideale sales & marketing director?**
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
- U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, maar je kunt je vlot in beide talen uitdrukken
- Je hebt 5-10 jaar relevante werkervaring. Ervaring binnen de vastgoedsector is zeker geen must. Enkele jaren managementervaring met eindverantwoordelijkheid zijn echter wel essentieel.
- Je werkt efficiënt, kiest voor gezond verstand, daadkracht en besluitvaardigheid.
- Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord in het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een team.
- Je kan procesmatig denken, procedures uitwerken en anderen coachen en motiveren om deze te volgen
- Je hebt uitstekende peopleskills en een sterk empathisch vermogen, waarmee je mensen met diverse profielen kunt coachen en enthousiasmeren.
