In deze rol draag je bij aan het behalen van onze verkoopdoelstellingen, terwijl je de essentie van het Fossil-merk belichaamt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van een uitzonderlijke klantervaring en ondersteunt het team bij het creëren van een uitnodigende en onvergetelijke sfeer voor elke gast.

**Jouw Impact**:

- Biedt uitstekende klantenservice door actief te luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten en passende aanbevelingen te doen.
- Draagt bij aan het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen door interactie met klanten en het presenteren van productkenmerken en voordelen.
- Ondersteunt de visuele merchandising-inspanningen om het uiterlijk van de winkel te behouden en ervoor te zorgen dat producten volgens de normen van Fossil worden gepresenteerd.
- Draagt bij aan back-office activiteiten zoals voorraadbeheer en administratieve ondersteuning.
- Promoot de waarden van het merk en fungeert als ambassadeur van het erfgoed en de stijl van Fossil.
