**WITHIN YOUR TEAM**:
We are looking for a versatile Strategic Marketing Analyst who will help to create and drive a company-wide marketing data strategy to enhance marketing segmentation, market visibility, targeted communications, and improved marketing performance. Creating clean, well-managed and compliant data ready for global campaign use through to regional tactical executions.
**THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Help the company grow by influencing the decision-making of one of our main growth engines - the marketing department. In this role you will be both a strategic lead, ensuring data frameworks and practices support the business goals, whilst also providing a service to the wider marketing organization.
**WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL**:
Analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
Create and maintain accurate and reliable metrics reports and performance-based (Power BI) dashboards on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact to support the wider marketing team with actionable insights and recommendations
Assist in prospecting list building activities for our global marketing team, identifying potential prospect lists, washing them against our existing customer and prospect database, and enriching the prospect data points
Develop and report both scheduled and ad-hoc analysis of new and existing marketing campaigns. Set up tracking for campaigns as required. Collaborate with regional marketers to analyze campaign performance and global pipeline growth
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS**:
A results-oriented team player with strong attention to details
Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions within marketing, and transform business performance
Hands on with proven experience in defining and tracking metrics and across marketing and sales tools and visualizing the resulting data
Able to simplify stories with data and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders
Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues, including the ability to present to all levels of management
**OUR CORE VALUES**:
**YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, analytics, or relevant business using data to solve problems
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mathematics, computer science or related field. Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) is a plus but not a necessity.
Experience in defining and tracking metrics and visualizing data.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools (eg. Power BI, Tableau)
Hands-on experience with marketing data management and tools to manage and maintain the quality of marketing data in an enterprise environment
Experience in CRM and marketing automation tools.
Demonstrated skills in leadership, problem solving, and teamwork are critical
