In overeenstemming met onze belangrijke rol in de energietransitie en onze bijdrage aan de decarbonisering van Europa, is duurzaamheid diep verankerd in alle bedrijfsactiviteiten van Elia Group. Onze ambities liggen in lijn met de vijf dimensies van ons ActNow-programma: Strijden tegen klimaatverandering, Circulaire economie en milieubescherming, Veiligheid en gezondheid, Diversiteit, gelijke kansen en inclusie en Governance, ethische waarden & compliance. De Sustainability Reporting Analyst zal een belangrijke rol spelen in de ondersteuning en de ontwikkeling van onze groepsbrede processen voor de verzameling, de modellering, de consolidatie en de evaluatie van niet-financiële gegevens.
Als Sustainability Reporting Analyst word je tewerkgesteld in Brussel en maak je deel uit van het team Group Controlling & Investor Relations dat samengesteld is uit collega’s die in Brussel en Berlijn werken. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de collega’s van Group Controlling, maar ook met stakeholders uit de volgende departementen: Accounting, Strategy, Controlling of the Group entities, HR, Sustainability, Infrastructure, Asset Management en IT. Deze functie geeft je de mogelijkheid om te werken in een strategisch belangrijke sector voor de wereld waarin wij leven.
**De functie omvat volgende taken**:
je biedt ondersteuning bij de implementatie van nieuwe vereisten voor duurzaamheidsrapportering (EU-taxonomie, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD);
je ontwikkelt de groepsbrede processen voor de identificatie, de verzameling, de monitoring en de evaluatie van niet-financiële KPI’s voor duurzaamheid;
je biedt ondersteuning bij de implementatie van een ESG-tool voor het verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van ESG-gegevens;
je ziet erop toe dat de niet-financiële KPI’s van Elia Group voldoen aan de normen en rapporteringsvereisten van de Groep (met bijzondere aandacht voor de European Sustainability Reporting Standards of ESRS);
je zorgt ervoor dat niet-financiële gegevens controleerbaar zijn in het kader van de implementatie van de CSRD;
je voert analyses uit en verschaft inzichten om de prestaties van de Groep op het vlak van duurzaamheid te monitoren en ondersteunt het management van de Groep bij het nemen van op feiten gebaseerde beslissingen om onze activiteiten te verbeteren en onze doelstellingen te behalen;
je werkt mee aan het geïntegreerd verslag van Elia Group (met name wat betreft de duurzaamheidsverklaringen).
Jouw profiel
Je hebt een masterdiploma in een gerelateerde richting (Sustainable Management/Finance, Environmental Science, Compliance of ESG).
Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijk domein (BIG Four, ervaring met kaders zoals GRI, EU-taxonomie, TCFD, enz.).
Je bezit sterke analytische vaardigheden en je bent een problem solver. Je kunt complexe ideeën duidelijk communiceren naar alle niveaus van de onderneming.
Je bent een teamspeler, maar je kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken. Je beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels (schrijven en spreken). Kennis van het Frans, Nederlands of Duits is een pluspunt.
Je hebt kennis van en een passie voor duurzaamheid. Je deelt de visie dat bedrijven een grote verantwoordelijkheid hebben om van onze aarde een betere plek te maken en wilt graag begrijpen wat er schuilgaat achter cijfers.
