**Join our team as SuccessFactors Specialist and help us take HR processes to the next level.**

**Main responsibilities and key tasks**
- You will help implement new and expand existing modules of HRIS (SuccessFactors), for this you will work closely with the HRIS Process Manager
- You will monitor the accuracy and completeness of HR data in our HRIS system and assist your international colleagues in resolving errors/issues
- You help and train users in the use of our HRIS system
- You analyze questions about data, reports from the HRIS system and deliver these on time
- You support in a wide range of administrative HRIS tasks

**Competencies and skills**
- You’ve build a good knowledge on some or all modules of SuccessFactors (for example: EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, GMPM, Compensation,)
- Data uploads have no secrets
- Great passion for HR processes, data and systems are essential. Excel is no stranger to you
- You find working in an international context fascinating
- You like to be part of a team but can also work independently
- You are eager to learn, communicative, and like to take initiative
- You have at least a bachelor degree

Good knowledge of English
