Sibelga is de netbeheerder voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. Onze 1.100 medewerkers zetten zich elke dag in om de energiebevoorrading te garanderen van de 500.000 Brusselse huishoudens en bedrijven. Op de werven of vanuit onze hoofdzetel in het hart van de hoofdstad werken onze teams mee om het gebruik van energie vandaag en morgen eenvoudiger te maken.
**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
De dienst Technology Center gaat op zoek naar de juiste uitrusting en technieken voor het beheer van de huidige distributienetten voor gas, elektriciteit en openbare verlichting en voor het klaarmaken van de energienetten voor morgen. In nauwe samenwerking met zijn interne partners legt de dienst de technische standaarden vast voor de distributienetten van vandaag en morgen. Het Technology Center stelt de werkmethodes op en past ze aan, geeft opleidingen en centraliseert de technische competenties binnen Sibelga.
**JOUW JOB**:
De onderneming Sibelga, actief in de energiesector, is om haar netten klaar te maken voor morgen op zoek naar een Technologisch expert die actief wil bijdragen tot de energietransitie en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe elektrische toepassingen. Je bent ingenieur, dynamisch en gemotiveerd. Schrikt verantwoordelijkheid je niet af? - In het kader van de energietransitie werk je de technische keuzes en oplossingen uit voor het gebruik, de regeling en de besturing van de verschillende elektrische uitrustingen van de klanten achter de meters (EMS, HEMS, elektrische auto's, warmtepompen, gedecentraliseerde productie, energieopslageenheden...) evenals de integratie ervan in de elektriciteitsnetten van vandaag en morgen.
- Als technisch lead draag je bij aan de verschillende proefprojecten en de uitwerking van verschillende technische strategieën.
- Je stelt de technische specificaties op voor de aankoop van materiaal en bereidt de gunning van overheidsopdrachten voor om zo voordelig mogelijk aan te kopen. Daarbij houd je rekening met de waarden op het gebied van veiligheid van personen en goederen, de verhouding prestaties/kwaliteit en de milieuaspecten. Daarvoor leg je contacten met de leveranciers, de interne klanten en de terreinmedewerkers.
- Je staat in contact met je collega's van andere distributienetbeheerders of andere bedrijven om onze kennis, processen en methoden te verbeteren en er op te komen voor de belangen van SIBELGA.
- Je verzamelt en centraliseert interne adviezen om een eenduidig antwoord te formuleren op de problemen die zich voordoen.
- In het kader van het huidig en toekomstig beheer van onze uitrusting analyseer en ontwerp je de werkmethodes en de technische documenten. Daar maken ook de analyse van de bijbehorende risico's, het streven naar een technisch-economisch optimum en de harmonisering van de methodes op federaal niveau deel van uit.
- Je werkt mee aan het technologisch toezicht binnen de onderneming. Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen van technische aard op nationaal niveau.
- Binnen de onderneming ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van informatie over de ontwikkelingen in de betrokken domeinen.
- Je staat in voor het bestuderen en opvolgen van de normen en de wetgeving die een impact hebben op de technische methodes en specificaties.
- Je helpt bij het vastleggen van de technische opleidingen.
- Op termijn word je binnen Sibelga de technisch referent op het gebied van uitrustingen verbonden aan de energietransitie en automatisering, waarbij je technische ondersteuning biedt aan de verschillende operationele diensten.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma ingenieurswetenschappen (burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur), bij voorkeur met een finaliteit automatisering, elektriciteit, energie / energietechniek, elektronica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig. Ervaring met automatisering of het elektriciteitsdistributienet is een pluspunt.
- Veiligheid op het werk is voor jou van het grootste belang.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands; kennis van technisch Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt vlot met de Microsoft Office-toepassingen (Word, Excel...).
- Je hebt uitstekende redactionele vaardigheden.
- Kerncompetenties: nieuwsgierig, leergierig, polyvalent, in team kunnen werken, sterk in analyse, communicatief en nauwgezet.
