**Position Description**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Assistant, providing marketing and sales support to our Benelux Poultry team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure the smooth execution of various marketing and sales activities. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our poultry business in the Benelux region.

**Functions, Duties, Tasks**
- Support the marketing manager during the implementation of marketing activities (marketing campaigns and creating materials, mailings, product launches, etc)
- Coordination of development and approval of marketing materials, in - and externally.
- Responsible for the coordination of external events such as symposia and webinars (speakers, participating lists, hotels, logistics, agreements). Support the sales colleagues in their day-to(1)day activities and be the internal point of contact for any commercial inquiries
- Create vendors and purchase orders in Ariba/SAP, track the invoices and follow-up the payments/ budget
- External contacts with suppliers
- Make travel arrangements, search and book meeting locations
- General administrative tasks

**Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)**
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Excellent communication skills in NL (written and oral) and workable knowledge of EN
- Computer literate (MS Office, Adobe PDF)
- Team player, having a direct line with everyone in your team is important so you can work together towards the goals you want to achieve
- Customer focused
- Ability to set own work priorities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Hands-on mentality, taking the lead in certain projects doesn’t scare you
- Have an interest for the Poultry Health industry

**Additional Preferences**
- Experience with/ Affinity for Digital Marketing (SEO; SEA; Social Media; CMS to build websites etc.)
- First experience in Marketing
- SAP knowledge
