Our client **Shell Recharge Solutions** is a leading electric vehicle charging partner with a mission to deliver faster and more efficient EV charging stations around Europe. We're recruiting for an **Operations Agent** to join our growing Belgium Delivery team.

**We are seeking Dutch/English/ speakers mainly (French a bonus) for this position.**

- Gross salary per month**:€2,800 - €3,800**
- Number of hours per week**:39 (NO Weekends / Evenings)**
- Bonus OTE **5-10%**

Your role will be to **schedule, coordinate and organise the installations of our electric vehicle chargers **for our customers and provide logístical / operational analysis to make sure the installations are safe, efficient and productive. By providing support to the Shell Recharge installations and sales partners, you will be in charge of daily performance monitoring of technical problems and communicating these to wider members of the team and our customer base.

**Full technical training provided** to generate more knowledge and skills for working with our products and understanding more about the electric vehicle (EV) market.

**Salary**: €2,500.00 - €3,800.00 per month
