**Over de rol...**:

- Als Network Consultant bij Dstny BE werk je binnen het Delivery team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het configureren en instellen van klant
- en backbone-apparatuur, zodat alles soepel verloopt van begin tot eind.**Hier zijn enkele van de taken die je zult uitvoeren**:
- Behandelen van configuratieverzoeken van projectmanagers en UC projectconsultants.
- Ondersteuning bieden aan technici op locatie die tegen technische problemen aanlopen.
- Voorbereiden van alle noodzakelijke technische pre-configuraties voor klantinstallaties.
- Assisteren van onze field engineers tijdens installaties en het oplossen van technische problemen.
- Proactief nadenken over optimalisatie en bijsturen van procedures en processen binnen het delivery team.
- Training en coaching geven aan teamleden binnen het delivery team.
- Creëren en onderhouden van nauwkeurige technische documentatie zodat iedereen op dezelfde golflengte zit.**Wat zoeken we in jou...**:
- Idealiter heb je een ingenieursdiploma of master, een bachelorgraad in ICT lijkt ons het echt geschikt.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in IT/ICT is gewenst, maar we staan ook open voor mensen die hun eerste uitdagingen zoeken
- Vloeiende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Frans en Engels, Nederlands is een plus.
- Kennis van netwerken, inclusief Layer3, Layer2, Security, Voice en VoIP, en netwerkapparatuurconfiguratie via CLI.
- Ervaring of kennis van Meraki en SD-WAN is belangrijk.
- Voice en VoIP is een plus
- Een positieve instelling, flexibiliteit en voldoende veerkracht om stress te beheersen.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte & oplossingsgerichte houding.
- Het vermogen om taken te prioriteren en de operaties soepel te laten verlopen.
- Een passie voor automatisering en basisprogrammeervaardigheden in Python/PHP/Bash/... (of op zijn minst interesse om dit te leren).
- Je werkt in een klein team met vier collega's binnen het delivery departement en hebt een klantgerichte rol waarin klantervaring centraal staat.
