**Tasks**
- Lead UX research and maintain a comprehensive repository.
- Facilitate workshops for ideation, co-design, and user testing.
- Gather user needs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Develop personas and define interaction models.
- Identify business processes, define user journeys, and recommend improvements.
- Create storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UI Designers and Developers.
- Contribute to broader UX Chapter activities.
**Profiel Senior UX Designer**:
Hard Skills
- +5 years in design thinking within agile projects.
- Proficiency in research methods.
- 3 years in interaction design and information architecture.
- Ability in Figma for wireframes and user flows.
- Proficiency in design and presentation software.
- Formal qualification in UX.
Soft Skills
- Pragmatic, positive, and flexible.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Passion for Information Technologies.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
