**Description**:
TA MISSION

Ton rôle consiste à mener à bien la réalisation de nos projets d’aménagements permanents en pharmacie, retail, musée et bureaux. Tu prends le lead du processus de réalisation, en assurant le suivi de chantier et en coordonnant les différents intervenants.

Dès que le concept, le budget et les plans d'aménagement sont acceptés par le client, tu es le garant du planning, du budget et de la qualité de tes projets.

TES RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Tu assures le suivi auprès de tes clients dès la vente du projet.
- Tu es le chef d’orchestre du projet tout en fédérant les différents intervenants nécessaires autour du projet.
- Tu actes les plans et les budgets négociés en amont et les adaptera si besoin.
- Tu valides le choix des matériaux et réalises les plans techniques de réalisation en vue de la bonne exécution des chantiers (implantation des différents postes : HVAC, éclairage, électricité, cloisons, peinture, sol, mobilier, etc.)
- En étroite collaboration avec le bureau de développement technique, tu supervises les plans de fabrication du mobilier. Tu vérifies les délais de fabrication et planifies la mise en place sur site.
- Tu planifies et assures le cadencement en fédérant les intervenants.
- Tu passes les commandes nécessaires à la réalisation du chantier.
- Tu coordonnes les sous-traitants et les différents intervenants sur chantier.
- Tu suis de près tes chantiers et mènes les différentes réunions de chantier.
- Tu assures la rentabilité et le suivi financier des projets : élaboration des états d'avancement, vérification du budget, réalisation des décomptes, etc.

**Profil**

TON PROFIL:

- Tu es architecte, architecte d’intérieur, ingénieur industriel de formation ou as une expérience équivalente (baccalauréat à orientation technique).
- Tu disposes d'une expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans la gestion de chantiers de projets d'aménagement intérieur.
- Tu as de bonnes connaissances techniques.
- Tu maîtrises Vectorworks, ou des logiciels de dessin similaires.
- Tu es parfait bilingue français/néerlandais, l’anglais est un plus.
- Tu fais preuve d’une grande rigueur, tu disposes d'un grand sens de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités.
- Tu es résistant au stress et tu as l’esprit d’équipe.
- Tu as une attitude positive, curieuse et ouverte.
- Tu communiques de manière fluide et donner du feed-back est important pour toi.
- Tu apprécies avoir de l’autonomie.
- Tu es à l’écoute, avec de bonnes capacités d’analyse et tu es orienté solution.
