**Commissioning Planner**:

**Functieomschrijving**:

- Beoordeel het inbedrijfstellingsprojectcontrolesysteem, inclusief planning, planning en rapportage/monitoring.
- Plan en geef werkrichting zoals vereist voor de voorbereiding van plannings
- en planningscontrolesystemen en andere praktijken om Commissioning Managers middelen te geven om de efficiëntie van hun projectuitvoering te evalueren en te verbeteren.
- Bied personeelsbegeleiding aan Commissioning Managers op het gebied van planning en planningsexpertise door alle relevante gegevens te analyseren en evalueren.
- Beoordeel en keur het basisschema voor de inbedrijfstelling en het voortgangsmeetsysteem goed.
- Bespreek, coördineer en los plannings
- en planningsproblemen op de lange en korte termijn op met het personeel in het hele bedrijf en met aannemersorganisaties.
- Evalueer/valideer de planning en voortgangsinformatie verzameld van het Commissioning Team en adviseer het management over uitzonderingen op het plan en mogelijke corrigerende maatregelen en/of impact op het project.
- Neem indien nodig deel aan de risicoanalyse van het inbedrijfstellingsschema.
- Zorg ervoor dat de contractant voldoet aan de contractuele en procedurele plannings
- en rapportagevereisten.
- Beoordeel en evalueer de effectiviteit en geschiktheid van de plannings
- en planningsinformatie die is verzameld door het inbedrijfstellingsteam.
- Adviseren over belangrijke uitzonderingen en aanbevelen van corrigerende maatregelen.
- Geef het Commissioning Team input voor de geconsolideerde projectvoortgangsrapporten en -schema's.
- Verzamel de lessen die zijn geleerd tijdens de uitvoering en rapporteer deze in het projectafsluitingsrapport.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Diploma Master/bachelor in een technische richting
- Je beschikt overoperationele kennis van project commissioning
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in Oil en Gas/Petrochemische industrie
- Goede kennis van Primavera software
- Beschikt over goede PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Sterk analytisch en organisatorisch ingesteld
