De Europa Ziekenhuizen zijn op zoek naar een:
**Communication Officer (M/F/x)**
- Voor de verschillende sites van de Europa Ziekenhuizen _
De _Communication Officer maakt integraal deel uit van de dienst Communicatie en rapporteert aan de Verantwoordelijke van de dienst Communicatie. Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van interne en externe evenementen van het ziekenhuis en zorgt voor de verspreiding van informatie en de kwaliteit van het imago van de instelling. _
**_Uw verantwoordelijkheden: _**
De Communication Officer,
- draagt bij tot de teamcohesie en het welzijn van het personeel van de Europa Ziekenhuizen door evenementen voor hen te organiseren of te ondersteunen;
- draagt bij tot de zichtbaarheid van het ziekenhuis door het organiseren of ondersteunen van de organisatie van diverse evenementen voor het externe publiek (huisartsen, patiënten, enz.);
- staat in voor de opmaak van het communicatiemateriaal van het ziekenhuis (affiches, flyers, brochures);
- ziet erop toe dat de huisstijl van de Europa Ziekenhuizen wordt behouden en op de juiste manier wordt gebruikt en u bent verantwoordelijk voor de modernisering ervan;
- onderhoudt de website en het intranet van de Europa Ziekenhuizen door regelmatig nieuws en evenementen te publiceren en de inhoud ervan bij te werken;
- zorgt ervoor dat de verwijzingen, de toegankelijkheid en de digitale koolstofvoetafdruk van de website van het ziekenhuis worden verbeterd;
- bent het aanspreekpunt voor de Nederlandstalige pers.
**Profil**:
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in communicatie of gelijkwaardig
- Je bent dynamisch, creatief en proactief
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands, hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Kennis van canva is een pluspunt
- Kennis van het Drupal-administratieplatform is een troef
- Je hebt sterk ontwikkelend communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bent stressbestendig en discreet
- Je bent bereid om af en toe 's avonds en in het weekend te werken ter ondersteuning van evenementen die je organiseert
