**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership and Team Management**:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance management.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- **Restaurant Operations**:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and hygiene.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration and Innovation**:
- Work closely with the culinary team to develop and update menus.
- Collaborate on special event planning and execution.
- Bring creative ideas for themed nights and other initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare reports on sales, budgets, and other performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Profile**
- **Experience as a Restaurant Manager** or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong **leadership**, **organizational**, and **interpersonal**skills**.
- Ability to **work evenings** and **flexible hours**.
- Excellent **communication skills** and a **proactive problem-solving** approach.
- Ability to **innovate** and bring fresh ideas to the dining experience.
- **Clear vision** and foresight to manage and improve restaurant operations.
- Fluency in both **English** and **French**.
