**Jobomschrijving**:
De belangrijkste taak van de functie bestaat uit de dagelijkse organisatie en uitvoering van de taken, nodig voor het beheer van de portefeuille, en de beheersing van de technische middelen door de collectors te verzekeren en deze naar best vermogen in te zetten om de objectieven die bepaald worden door de Front-End Collection Manager zo goed mogelijk te behalen.
De Front-End Collection Team Leader is eveneens verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van de individuele collectors, zowel voor wat betreft de permanente opleiding alsook de prestaties, de kwaliteit en de aanwezigheid.
In dit verband volgt de Front-End Team Leader onder andere volgende taken uit:
- Het opstellen van een korte en middellange planning, rekening houdend met de beschikbare middelen en met de vooropgestelde objectieven in functie van de situatie.
- Het aanwerven, opleiden, coachen en aansturen van de collectors
- Het communiceren en ondersteunen van de beslissingen van het management naar de collectors toe
- Het uitvoeren van de dagelijkse of periodieke processen zoals:
- Het in “real time” opvolgen van de campagnes van de dialer
- Het nastreven van een efficiënte opvolging van de klant-contact systemen door middel van een monitoring op basis van de activiteiten en het aantal klanten in wacht.
- Het beheer van de rapportering van de FTE’s
- Het beheer van dossiers toegewezen aan de supervisor
- Het beheer van de ‘TransMemos’
- Het beheer van de te annuleren kosten via Cardlink
- Het controleren van de uitgaande ‘manuele’ brieven
- Het beheer en de behandeling van de klachten gelinkt aan de Front-End
- Het uitvoeren van evaluaties van de collectoren
- Het behandelen van de dossiers van klanten die zich melden aan de receptie van de hoofdzetel met hun dossier
- Het updaten en opvolgen van de dagelijkse KPI’s.
- Het regelmatig op de hoogte brengen van de Front-End Collection Manager m.b.t. alle pertinente informatie
