**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As an Order, Delivery and Energy Operator, you will be part of our ODE department working closely with our partners and customers. You will be responsible for a large variety of tasks reporting to the ODE Manager:

- You will be responsible together with your colleagues to ensure a high level of service quality to every customer when their order is placed up to the car/accessory is delivered
- Coordination and strict deadlines management are crucial competence for this role. We manage on a yearly basis between 15 and 20.000 orders/deliveries of cars, e-bikes, fuel cards
- You are in charge of an accurate follow-up for each administrative step, handling them via phone or mails. You will be on daily contact with dealers, customers, fleet managersand work on a close collaboration with the sales department
- You ensure the administration of invoices and contracts.
- At ALD Automotive, a continuous improvement philosophy is in place and we count on you to provide your feedback and actively participate.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- You have a professional experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- An experience within a leasing firm a strong plus
- You are preferably fluent in French and Dutch and proficient in English.
- Your analytical skills and logical reasoning are your key assets
- Autonomous, you can work easily with strict deadlines and define priorities
- Your business acumen lead you to understand opportunities
