So, what will you do ?
Learn Cornerstone products and become certified in various modules
Understand, build and maintain professional relationship with clients from various industries (banking, manufacturing, retailing, aviation, NGO etc.)
Provide timely day-to-day support and activity reports to clients
Study release notes and present your analysis and recommendations to clients
Based on change/service requests, execute and manage small projects from A-Z

What do you need ?
You are service minded and eager to learn, especially about HR Technology
You value quality, team work and trust;
You are passionate to deliver value to your client, through technological change and innovation;
You have a professional sense for quality and detail;
A first experience with any Human Resources Information System (HRIS) would be very useful;
Good communication skills and fluent in Dutch and English. Other languages would be an extra asset
As our business is essentially delivered remotely, you will be hired by our office that best fits your location, in Brussels, Copenhagen or Munich;

A few years of experience in Support services, preferably in IT or HR;
understanding of HR processes, through education or experience;
any experience with the either the Cornerstone solution, Lumesse TalentLink or SABA Learning;
