Ben jij die planmatige creatieveling die we zoeken? Hou je ervan om projecten te managen van ontwerp tot realisatie? Zit plannen en organiseren je in het bloed?

Als Project Manager bij INsight-IN zou je instaan voor de projectopvolging van A tot Z. Meer concreet ben jij de technische en organisatorische partner die het geheel overschouwt, in detail uitwerkt, organiseert en alle elementen samenbrengt. Met maximale kwaliteit en tevredenheid als constante drijfveer.

Maar daarnaast krijg je de kans om als hoofd designer het conceptueel ontwerp te creëren van enkele grotere interieurprojecten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk om verschillende interieurprojecten in woningbouw, winkelinrichting en middelgrote projectontwikkeling aan te sturen.
- Je staat in voor de interne projectplanning van jezelf en de tekenaars.
- Je bent het gewoon om budgetteringen, lastenboeken en verrekeningen op te maken en bij te houden.
- Jouw vakkennis, inzet en initiatief bouwen mee aan de onderneming, haar klantentevredenheid en rendabiliteit, haar werksfeer en haar efficiëntie.

Voor deze functie zal je dagelijks in contact staan met klanten en bouwpartners. Je weet dat moeilijke situaties erbij horen, maar aangezien je goed kan luisteren en pro-actief actie onderneemt, vormt dit voor jouw geen punt. Je houdt ervan om samen een doel te behalen en begrijpt dat nauwkeurigheid en het stellen van prioriteiten hiervoor aan de basis ligt. Rapportering en briefing behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket.

**Profiel**:
Kun je vlot in team werken en hou je van een open communicatie? Heb je veel verantwoordelijkheidszin en een helicopterview? Worden jouw communicatie-skills algemeen geprezen?

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je hebt een diploma interieurarchitectuur, interieurvormgeving of architectuur.
- Je kan goed schetsen en creatief ontwerpen.
- Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in projectleiding, opgedaan bij een aannemer, bouwpromotor of architectenkantoor.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Office Pakket.
- Je kan tekenen met Vectorworks zowel 2D als 3D.
- Je hebt ervaring met architecturale tekenpakketten.
- Je bent doorzettend, flexibel, zelfstandig, planmatig, deadline-gericht en goed in multitasking.
- Je bent hands-on, teamgericht, sociaalvaardig en overtuigend.
- Je bent een teamplayer en houdt ervan om kennis en expertise te delen.
- Je communicatieskills stellen je in staat om als professionele gesprekspartner in dialoog te gaan met je klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
- Je houd van uitdagingen en bent een echte positivo
