Als Procurement Assistant zal je ons Inkoop Team in Anderlecht versterken.
**Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor**:
het ondersteunen van de Category Managers Inkoop bij hun werkzaamheden
het optimaliseren van Inkoop gerelateerde processen en systemen
het pre-kwalificeren van onderaannemers t.b.v. veiligheid en sociale zekerheid
het aanmaken van nieuwe leveranciers en onderaannemers
het aanmaken van inkooporders
het opvolgen van de facturering
het coördineren van leveranciersbeoordelingen
het beheren van de stamdata van leveranciers
het coördineren van financiële incentives met kadercontract leveranciers
het faciliteren van de ambitie om te werken met duurzame leveranciers
het opstellen en onderhouden van rapportages voor zowel SPIE België als voor de SPIE Groep
Je bent minstens in het bezit van een bachelor diploma directiesecretariaat of gelijkwaardig en je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in een Procurement departement.
Je voert jouw projecten zelfstandig uit, je maakt er een erezaak van om nauwkeurig en kwalitatief werk te leveren en je bent goed georganiseerd.
Je bent vertrouwd met zowel Nederlands, Frans als ook de Engelse taal.
Je voelt je snel op je gemak bij anderen en je bent klantgericht.
