**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- You coordinate lead generation projects by co-creating leadplans for all segments at the beginning of the semester.
- You deliver market insights on sectors & potentials
- You steer the project teams and define a clear action plan
- You follow up on the lead generation : forecast vs current
- You steer and control the monthly steerco on lead generation (update of numbers, outlook on the next months) & propose actions to mitigate gaps if needed
- You create easy accessible dashboard for sales management.
- You set alerts in case of underperformance
- You advise on best practices

- Excellent communicator who knows how to rally teams
- Creative mind who understands Sales topics
- Very good organizational and project management skills needed
- Ability to understand marketing campaigns
- Motivation to work within the payment industry
- You master French/Dutch and English.
