UITP (International Association of Public Transport) is **a passionate champion of sustainable urban mobility and is the only worldwide network to bring together all public transport stakeholders and all sustainable transport modes. We have more than 1,900 member companies coming from over 100 countries. Our members are public transport authorities and operators, policy decision-makers, research institutes and the public transport supply and service industry.**
We are currently looking for a:
**HR Manager**
The HR Manager will support the team of the People Management Department in talent management, recruitment, HR matters and specific HR projects. The HR manager will report to the senior manager and to the senior director of the People Management Department.
**R**esponsibilities**:
- Is responsible for the development and implementation of the Learning and Development policy and as such develops talent management programs and ensures the implementation;
- ensures the understanding and execution of HR programs (performance management, competence management, recognition, integration and development); Supporting managers in the annual HR cycle (performance review, competence management, salary & bonus review, talent review, succession planning, workforce planning,...) and ensuring that all deliverables arrive on time and in accordance with the HR framework
- Actively participates in the rrecruitment process and deployment of the appropriate strategies/actions; is therefore in charge of selection, recruitment & onboarding process
- collaborates on projects, within the Peoman department (ie: including HR KPI’s management, staff engagement survey )and contribute to the continuous evolution of the HR policy and HR processes & tools.
- Acts as one Point of contact for all colleagues on different issues like training, evaluation, social rights etc.
- Acts as an HR Project Manager
**Profile**:
- Master degree in a relevant field
- 3 to5 years of experience in HR/recruitment /learning & Development Management;
- Knowledge of Belgium labor laws;
- Proactive, dynamic, creative, professional, and flexible
- Positive mindset and comfortable in a changing environment
- Fluency in English and French, spoken and written;
- Accurate and organised;
- Acts as a trustee and keep everything confidential;
- Works well in a team as well as independently;
- Good at managing processes
- Passionate by people management, willing to endorse responsibilities and to bring his/her own touch in the company
- Integrity
