**What does this job entail?**:
We want strictly designed processes when we bring a new product or service to the market or when we introduce a new tool internally. We are counting on you and your skills to create them. As the process manager at KBC Asset Management, you **design and improve end-to-end processes **so that everything runs smoothly for our clients and your colleagues.

You do this in a team that includes business stakeholders and IT colleagues among its members. This mixed grouping is an aspect of our agile work method (SAFe). We have found that short communication lines result in a more pleasant way of working. And that ensures good progress.

**What do we expect from you?**:

- You immerse yourself in the **processes, tools and ICT infrastructure **of KBC Asset Management.
- You **take the lead, working independently** on either a single assignment or several at once. You’re able to rely on assistance from your fellow process managers.
- You **design and improve end-to-end processes,** always with an eye on STP, efficiency and risk management.
- You identify **business needs **and bring appropriate people to the table.
- You **organise** workshops, interviews, brainstorming sessions and root-cause analyses.
- You **document **processes in Visio. You map them out and analyse them.
- You keep all **stakeholders **informed and up to date during a project in order to maintain buy-in.

- You know exactly how to **facilitate **workshops and reconcile different standpoints with each other.
- You’re ready to take **initiative**.
- You’re a **natural motivator,** drawing energy from setting others into action.
- You have strong **communication skills**. This helps you to collaborate with others and keep everyone on the same wavelength.
- You communicate fluently in **English**. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
