***MANAGEMENT ET SERVICES DE SUPPORT**
En tant que Quality & Risk Specialist, vous faites partie du département Quality et vous rapportez au Quality Manager.
Vous êtes responsable du maintien **des différents labels de qualité** **et de la conformité **(législation, conditions contractuelles avec les clients, procédures nationales et politiques du groupe) pour G4S afin de garantir et d'augmenter la qualité à tout moment sur le terrain et de contrôler les risques le cas échéant.
- Vous gérez **le système de gestion de la qualité **conformément aux différentes normes de qualité et aux projets de qualité pour les différentes entités de G4S.
- Vous effectuez **des audits internes de qualité, ISMS & Risk** et détectez les non-conformités.
- Vous gérez fonctionnellement **les auditeurs internes et les Quality Facilitators** et donnez une initiation à la qualité aux nouveaux membres du personnel.
- Vous travaillez sur **divers projets/enquêtes Quality & Risk** et recueillez des informations en vue de la préparation du Country Risk Committee.
- Vous agissez en tant qu’**investigator** dans les cas de "Speakout".
- Vous traitez les demandes de** mesures correctives** résultant des audits internes.
- Vous êtes en contact avec les différents responsables de processus dans les entités de G4S et vous cartographiez les processus et la planification des projets pour l'équipe qualité.
- Vous préparez les **audits externes **en collaboration avec les services concernés et vous supervisez les auditeurs externes.

**CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier et avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un département Qualité.
- Vous êtes familiarisé(e) aux normes de qualité (ISO9001:2015 et QFor).
- Une expérience dans le secteur du gardiennage et une connaissance de la Charte de qualité de l’APEG sont des atouts de taille.
- Vous connaissez bien le français et le néerlandais, tant oral qu’écrit.
- Vous travaillez de façon structurée, avec précision et êtes suffisamment assertif(-ve).
