**About the role**:
**Your Impact as **Market Manager**:
- As a Market Manager Masonry, you will lead the sales process for masonry reinforcement for Belgium, with initial focus on the Benelux.
- You will create value for our customers and the entire chain, through a deep understanding of the business of your customers and thanks to your strong project consultancy and advisory skills.
- You articulate solutions and demonstrate the realized value of our products. You support the customer project.
- You gather further insights of new evolutions in the market during your sales journey, to help grow the business.
**About You**:
**Essential skills & competencies**
- You have a master's degree in economics, marketing, or business administration.
- You have experience in the construction industry.
- You have passion for sales with strong communication and influencing skills.
- You have experience with channel management.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a great asset.
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
