**Functie**
- Build strategy together with Marketing Director and other key stakeholders to activate identified customer segments (L, S and C).
- Project Leadership: Lead stage-gate Color Cosmetics and Market Activation Plans for any developed solution targeting identified market segments.
- Build compelling value propositions (Offers including product, services, pricing and terms and conditions).
- Customer Engagement activities in segment L at multiple functions leading to building stakeholder maps and understanding drivers and barriers for adoption to fine tune our strategy.
- Conduct discovery with Customer Engagement Team (CET) on identified market segments of the Color Cosmetics market (segments S and C) help understand customer needs across the value chain with a clear view of identifying pain points and potential value creation using our Microbeads technology.
- Build a fact-base to define the Critical-to-Quality targets, competitive information, and insights for designated accounts in selected market segments (L, S, C).
- Drive commercialization of any developed solution.
You will drive together with the cross-functional team the project to completion, develop and execute Market Activation Plans while also monitoring their effectiveness and adjusting, when necessary, with coordination with the Marketing Director Care Chemicals, Platform Director Sensory Care, Segment Market Managers, and other Care Chemicals Business Unit leaders as necessary.
You effectively collaborate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders within assigned industry market segment on a global basis. You will be the leader for identifying and pursuing the most attractive new opportunities for Eastman technologies for Personal Care. Opportunities include new product development and/or translation into adjacent markets.

- You understand the campany' Sales, Marketing or Strategy processes and have experience in multiple projects in different industries within the company or have relevant external experience to create an impact.

- You proactively combine strategic thinking and strategy development with your strong collaboration skills to deliver results by leveraging team alignment and desire to win.
- This role requires strong business/ marketing acumen, excellent project management skills with the ability of prioritize and multi-task and minimum 8 years of prior experience in commercial, marketing within the Color Cosmetics industry or commercial function at Eastman. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required. An MBA would be beneficial but not required. Fluency in English, other regional languages are a plus.
