Belfius Bank wil zijn team versterken dat verantwoordelijk is voor het opleveren van "Know Your Customer" (KYC) en "Know Your Transactions" (KYT) analyses voor zijn Corporate en Public hoge risico klanten. Dit om te voldoen aan de vereisten van de toezichthoudende autoriteiten en om de groei van Belfius Bank te ondersteunen.

**De job in een notendop**
- Je geeft leiding aan een team van KYC-KYT-analisten om de naleving van het beleid en de procedures van Belfius te garanderen.
- Je creëert een inspirerende teamomgeving met een open communicatiecultuur en in lijn met de waarden van Belfius.
- Je houdt toezicht op de dagelijkse activiteiten, definieert doelstellingen en bewaakt de teamprestaties.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkinstrumenten en operationele procedures up-to-date worden gehouden.
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op KYC assessments en coacht de KYC-KYT analisten op de kwaliteit van hun werk.
- Je communiceert regelmatig met interne belanghebbenden (Compliance, Risk Management, Front Office, Back Office, Audit) voor verduidelijking rond de Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) KYC-KYT-vereisten en je stelt regelmatig rapporten op voor interne managementcomités.
- Je beheert individuele prestatiebeoordelingen, ontdekt opleidingsbehoeften en zorgt voor coaching.
- Je motiveert je teamleden, je luistert naar hun feedback en lost eventuele problemen of conflicten op.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig diploma, bij voorkeur in economie of recht, en hebt 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring in AML/KYC/auditprocessen - ervaring met Belfius-processen is een troef.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en leiderschapsvaardigheden en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in teamleiderschapsrollen - ervaring met leiderschap van teams bij Belfius is een pluspunt.
- Je bent intrinsiek gemotiveerd en gepassioneerd in het managen van mensen.
- Kennis over en ervaring met KYC-KYT-processen gekoppeld aan enhanced due diligence voor klanten met een hoog risico en/of ervaring met de risico-, compliance-, KYC-, KYT- en AML-processen van banken is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met KYC-KYT-processen in de eerste verdedigingslinie en meer in het bijzonder voor de strijd tegen het witwassen van geld, risicobeheer en interne controleprocessen in de banksector, en een wens om je carrière op deze gebieden vooruit te helpen.
- Je bent in staat om te werken in een multiculturele en diverse omgeving. Je bent flexibel op het vlak van functie-eisen en beschikt over uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Je beschikt over teamspirit en goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en hebt een gevorderde kennis van het Engels.
