**_VOTRE PROFIL _**:

- :_
- _Avoir une expérience de 5 ans en plaidoyer ou dans un des secteurs liés aux droits de l’enfant, aux droits humains, à la coopération, à la recherche._
- _Posséder une bonne connaissance des mécanismes de mise en oeuvre des droits de l’enfant._
- _Être universitaire ou avoir un niveau d’expérience équivalent. Une formation en sciences politiques, relations internationales ou droit ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance du paysage institutionnel belge et international sont des atouts._
- _Avoir une affinité avec le cadre des droits de l’enfant._
- _Avoir des compétences en matière de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit._
- _Savoir travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe, et avoir une bonne capacité de résistance au stress._
- _Avoir une personnalité dynamique et désireuse d'apprendre._
- _Être francophone. Avoir une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et du néerlandais (à l’oral)._
- _Ne pas être engagé ou avoir d’activités en cours dans un parti politique._
- _Être domicilié en Belgique._

**DESCRIPTION**:

- L’UNICEF est le Fonds des Nations unies pour l’enfance, la plus grande organisation consacrée aux enfants et au respect de leurs droits dans le monde._
- Au travers de programmes et d’interventions concrètes, nous avons pour ambition d’offrir à chaque enfant les meilleures chances qui soient. Nous sommes là pour chaque enfant, en situation d’urgence comme au quotidien, partout dans le monde. Parce que chaque enfant a droit à un bon départ dans la vie et à une enfance digne de ce nom pour réaliser son plein potentiel et développer ses talents. Tous ces droits sont réunis dans la Convention relative aux Droits de l’Enfant. L’UNICEF (en Belgique comme partout ailleurs) a pour mission de faire respecter ces droits et de contribuer à leur mise en oeuvre._
- Le Comité National de l’UNICEF en Belgique/ Le Comité Belge pour l’UNICEF est une fondation d’utilité publique en Belgique. Afin de renforcer son équipe plaidoyer, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e Advocacy Officer qui aura pour mission de contribuer au plaidoyer en faveur des droits de l’enfant en Belgique et dans la politique internationale de la Belgique, en collaboration avec les partenaires gouvernementaux et non-gouvernementaux._
- Vous rapportez au Manager Advocacy et vous faites partie d’une équipe de collègues engagés et enthousiastes qui se dédient chaque jour aux droits de l'enfant._

**_DESCRIPTION DE FONCTION ET RESPONSABILITÉS_**:

- :_
- _Vous êtes responsable du travail de plaidoyer relatif aux droits de l’enfant au sein d’UNICEF Belgique et plus particulièrement du plaidoyer relatif à la mise en oeuvre des droits de l’enfant dans la politique internationale de la Belgique (politique étrangère, coopération au développement, aide humanitaire), en collaboration avec nos partenaires gouvernementaux et non-gouvernementaux._
- _Vous soutenez également vos collègues dans d’autres thématiques stratégiques, notamment celles relatives au climat, à la santé mentale, à la pauvreté et au monitoring des droits de l’enfant en Belgique._
- _Plus généralement, l’Advocacy Officer participe activement à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie d’UNICEF Belgique et réalise ses activités de manière autonome en fonction des objectifs de son service ou de ses projets._

**_CONTENU DE LA FONCTION ET RESPONSABILITÉS_**:

- _En tant qu’Advocacy officer, vous initiez et entretenez des contacts avec les parties prenantes liées à la mise en oeuvre des droits de l’enfant au niveau international : les administrations, les parlementaires, les cabinets, les coupoles, les ACNG, etc. Plus largement, vous entretenez des contacts avec les parties prenantes autour des droits de l’enfant en général._
- _Vous suivez l’actualité politique et juridique s’y rapportant et vous détectez les opportunités et les défis pour faire avancer les droits de l’enfant au niveau international en construisant une argumentation basée sur des données._
- _Vous participez aux réunions d'équipe au sein de votre département. En plus de contacts internes, vous identifiez, sélectionnez et ancrez les contacts externes de manière autonome, tant en ce qui concerne le respect des droits de l’enfant en Belgique que dans la politique étrangère, la coopération be
