Onze klant is een technologiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in consultancy en engineering diensten. Hun +80 consultants worden uitgedaagd in R&D-projecten op middellange tot lange termijn bij 's werelds beste technologiebedrijven. Ze werken met passie aan innovatieve projecten op het gebied van lucht
- en ruimtevaart, automotive, telecom, nanotech, halfgeleiders, medische apparatuur en vele andere.
Onze klant bouwt lange termijn relaties op met hun klanten en ondersteunt hen in vijf verschillende engineeringgebieden: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Embedded software, Electronics and Data Science.
OVER JOUW ROL
- Je bent verantwoordleijk voor het sourcen, screenen tot salarisbespreking van potentiële engineer consultants
- Je werkt hand in hand met het salesteam om de noden van de klanten te kunnen waarborgen
- Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om junior Talent Acquisition teamleden te coachen naar succes
- Je neemt initiatief in projecten zoals het versterken van employer branding, het introduceren van nieuwe tools, optimalisatiemogelijkheden,...
- Je bent verantwoordelijkheid in het organiseren van Talent Acquisition evenementen zoals jobfairs, networking events,...
- Je draagt de waarden uit van onze klant
WIE BEN JIJ?
- Je bezit met voorkeur een Master in HR, Psychologie, Communicatie
- Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in de recrutering van technologische profielen
- Je bent ondernemend, dynamisch en commercieel ingesteld
- Je communiceert vlot zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bent een teamspeler, veerkrachtig, gedreven en trek graag je collega’s mee over de streep
- Je spreekt vloeiend in Nederlands en/of frans met een zeer goede kennis van het Engels
