**Environnement**:
La Banque nationale de Belgique (BNB) recherche un(e) Financial account officer (F/M/X) pour renforcer l'équipe "Financial planning & controlling". Au sein du département " Finance et Stratégie ", cette équipe s'occupe de tous les aspects de la gestion financière, tels que le reporting et les analyses financières, la comptabilité analytique, la préparation et le suivi du budget, le benchmarking, les forecasts, les plans pluriannuels, etc.

**Fonction**:
En collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe et les différents départements de la Banque, vous travaillerez, en tant que Financial account officer, à la préparation d'informations financières destinées aux différents stakeholders, afin de soutenir toutes sortes de décisions.

Plus spécifiquement vous êtes amené(e) à:

- apporter un soutien à la collecte, l’analyse et la structuration des données requises au bon déroulement du processus budgétaire
- participer à la gestion de la comptabilité analytique comme outil d’analyse et de reporting interne et externe
- apporter un soutien au suivi financier des différents projets, l’élaboration et le suivi des budgets des départements, ainsi que l’établissement de tableaux de bord et analyses coûts-bénéfices
- contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils de contrôle de gestion

**Profil**:

- vous êtes, de préférence, titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier (orientation comptabilité, gestion, économie,) ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente suffisante
- vous aimez travailler avec des chiffres et vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse
- vous êtes familier(-ère) avec les concepts liés au contrôle de gestion et à l’analyse financière et les mécanismes utilisés pour le suivi financier

- vous êtes rigoureux(-se) et orienté(e) résultat
- vous avez le sens de la communication,
- vous avez de la diplomatie et de l’assertivité
- vous êtes autonome et avez un bon esprit d’équipe
- vous avez une connaissance active du français et du néerlandais (niveau B1 minimum)
