To strengthen our **Product Strategy & Industrial Impl**. **team, **we are looking for a high caliber, self-motivated**, Risk Manager **based in **Braine l’Alleud, Belgium**

**You like to work in an** **environment **where you will**:

- Ensure that our portfolio of risk is managed appropriately, from risk identification to risk assessment and risk response, in line with the overall S&TS strategy
- Ensure that S&TS risk processes & tools are appropriately enabling the organization to manage risk effectively
- Create visibility on our key risks, informing our strategy and priorities
- Coach and train teams in the usage of Risk Management processes and tools to prepare for uncertainties by crystalizing their key challenges, opportunities and define their own priorities
- Be the primary contact point for selected products and functions for all risk related matters (process, system, and specific risk related information)
- Facilitate the yearly cycle process
- When necessary, counsel functions and product teams in articulating their key risks and selecting what to escalate to the RMC level
- Ensure the different teams are maintaining appropriately the S&TS risk register
- Closely monitor and report on the progress of key strategic risks for S&TS.
- Develop and generate a monthly risk reporting, adapting the communication to the different audiences (building both process and result oriented KPIs)
- Develop interactive Qlik dashboards allowing further exploitation of our risk signal

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and** skills**:

- You have 5-10 years professional experience
- You have a solid understanding of the biopharma environment, both from a business and an end-to-end CMC perspective
- You have experience in Risk Management
- You have experience in leading cross-functional teams
- You are able to demonstrate proven and recognized project management skills, including project planning, monitoring, issue resolution, decision making, reporting
- You have the ability to balance efficiently multiple priorities
